The Joint Consumer Price Index of Lampung Province in April 2019 Increased by 0.66 Percent

April 2019, Lampung Joint CPI experienced an increase in index from 136.12 in March 2019 to 137.02 in April 2019, thus inflation was 0.66 percent. Based on the inflation calculation of the calendar year (point to point) in April 2019 there was inflation of 0.91 percent, while the year on year (yoy) inflation in April 2019 against April 2018 was 2.18 percent.Of the seven expenditure groups, six groups experienced inflation, namely the foodstuffs group which experienced inflation of 2.59 percent; health group experienced inflation of 0.63 percent; clothing group 0.35 percent; processed food, beverages, cigarettes and tobacco group 0.06 percent; transport, communication and financial services group 0.02 percent; education, recreation and sports group by 0.01 percent; while one group that experienced deflation, namely the housing, water, electricity, gas and fuel group fell by 0.07 percent.Of the two monitoring cities in Lampung in April 2019, all experienced inflation. Bandar Lampung's inflation is 0.69 percent, and Metro inflation is 0.52 percent.
