The Joint Consumer Price Index of Lampung Province in January 2019 increased by 0.22 Percent

January 2019, Lampung Joint CPI experienced an increase in index from 135.78 in December 2018 to 136.08 in January 2019, thus inflation was 0.22 percent.Based on January 2019 calendar year inflation calculation (point to point) of 0.22 percent and January 2019 year on year (yoy) inflation against January 2018 is 1.66 percent.Of the seven expenditure groups, five groups experienced inflation, namely the foodstuffs group experienced inflation (up by 0.81 percent); clothing group 0.53 percent; health group 0.23 percent; processed food, beverages, cigarettes and tobacco group 0.22 percent; and the education, recreation and sports group 0.12 percent. In contrast, the two expenditure groups experienced deflation, namely the transport, communication and financial services group of 0.21 percent and the housing, water, electricity, gas and fuel group of 0.08 percent.
