Abstract

Data Requirement Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the BPS to identify statistical data needs and the level of customer satisfaction with BPS data and services. Respondents in SKD 2019 are consumers who receive services from PST BPS unit by face to face or come directly to the PST BPS and without face to face either by telephone, facsimile, e-mail, letters, websites, and online statistical services. In general, the aim of implementing SKD 2019 is to obtain evaluation materials from consumers as a supporter of improving the quality of statistical data and information. The SKD 2019 result are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data requirements, analysis of data quality satisfaction, and analysis of service unit performance. this analysis is complemented by the presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI).The scope of the analysis of SKD 2019 is PST in BPS-Statistics of Lampung Timur Regency. SKD 2019 results show that consumers in PST of BPS-Statistics of Lampung Timur Regency are dominated by students (48,39%). In general, consumers are satisfied with the data obtained from BPS-Statistics of Lampung Timur Regency as indicated by the the percentage of consumers who are satisfied with the quality of BPS data at 98,89%. Consumer satisfaction with services data the BPS-Statistics of Lampung Timur Regency is illustrated by CSI is 87,09 in 2019.
