Gross Regional Domestic Product of Lampung Timur Regency by Industry 2015-2019

Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) is a set of economic data that can be used to evaluate the economic development performance of a region. GRDP calculation can be done through three approaches, namely: the production approach, the expenditure approach, and the income approach. All three approaches in calculation will theoretically produce the same GRDP figures. This publication specifically addresses the GRDP according to the production approach. The economy of East Lampung Regency during the 2015-2019 period measured by the GRDP based on current prices and GRDP at constant 2010 prices showed an increasing trend. East Lampung Regency GRDP value based on current prices in 2019 reached 42.5 trillion rupiah. Nominally, the value of this GRDP has increased 2.7 trillion rupiah compared to 2018 which reached 39.9 trillion rupiah. Meanwhile, GRDP without oil and gas in 2019 increased by 2.5 trillion rupiah compared to 2018. The biggest role in the formation of East Lampung GRDP in 2019 was generated by agriculture, forestry and fisheries, which reached 35.72 percent. The second biggest business sectors giving shares are mining and quarrying which reached 24.21 percent. While the role of other business sectors only contributed a small enough that is below 10 percent.
