Development of Exports and Imports of Lampung Province, August 2019

Lampung Province's total export value in August 2019 reached US $ 251.93 million, an increase of US $ 33.26 million, up 15.21 percent compared to exports in July 2019 which were recorded at US $ 218.67 million. The export value in August 2019 when compared to August 2018 recorded at US $ 291.67 million, decreased by US $ 39.74 million or decreased by 13.62 percent.The five main categories of goods exported by Lampung Province in August 2019 were fats and animal / vegetable oils; coffee, tea and spices; coal; preparations of fruits / vegetables; and rubber and rubber goods.Lampung Province's import value in August 2019 reached US $ 268.63 million or an increase of US $ 82.42 million or an increase of 44.26 percent compared to July 2019 which was recorded at US $ 186.21 million. The import value in August 2019 was slightly higher at US $ 2.61 million, up slightly by 0.98 percent if compared to August 2018 which was recorded at US $ 266.02 million.
