The total export value of Lampung Province in June 2018 reached US $ 256.97 million, an increase of US $ 11.34 million or an increase of 4.62 percent compared to May's export of US $ 245.63 million. The export value of June 2018 was compared to June 2017 which recorded US $ 265.42, decreased by US $ 8.47 million or down 3.19 percent.
Five main categories of export goods of Lampung Province in June 2018 are animal and vegetable fats and oils; coal; coffee, tea, and spices; preparations of fruits/vegetables; and pulp.
The import value of Lampung Province in June 2018 reached US $ 241.22 million, which decreased by US $ 2.22 million or decreased 0.91 percent compared to May 2018 which was recorded at US $ 243.44 million. Import value in June 2018 is still higher US $ 84.08 million or up 53.50 percent compared to June 2017 which recorded US $ 157.14 million.
Of the five main categories of imported goods in June 2018, four of them increased, with each fertilizer up to 339.07 percent; oily grain rose 43.60 percent; wheat rose by 25.42 percent; and live animals rose by 22.62 percent. Meanwhile, one main class of other imported goods decreased, namely sugar and confectionery by 22.38 percent.
