The Consumer Price Index of Lampung Province in May 2018 Decreased by 0.09 Percent

Based on the calculation of the inflation of calendar year (point to point) in May 2018 of 1.36 percent and inflation year on year (yoy) in May 2018 is equal to 2.42 percent.  

Of the seven expenditure groups, the three groups experienced deflation, namely the foodstuff category experienced deflation (down by 0.41 percent); housing, water, electricity, gas and fuel group by 0.07 percent; and the education, recreation and sports group by 0.02 percent. In contrast, the group of processed foods, beverages, cigarettes and tobacco experienced inflation of 0.05 percent; clothing group 0.29 percent; health group 0.18 percent; and the 0.01 percent transport, communication and financial services group.
